Our Origin
Search changed. The tools didn't.
Millions of people stopped Googling and started asking AI. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek. When someone asks one of these engines for a recommendation, it cites a handful of brands and ignores the rest. No ranking page. No blue links. Just a direct answer.
We watched brands spend thousands on SEO agencies, rank well on Google, and remain completely invisible in AI search. The tools they relied on were built for a different era. They could tell you where you ranked on a search results page, but not whether AI engines were recommending your competitors instead of you.
Nobody was building for this new reality. So we did. Not another analytics dashboard that shows you the problem and leaves you to figure it out. A platform that monitors your visibility across every major AI engine, creates the content to improve it, and publishes it directly to your site. We called it RankAgent.

Alistair started RankAgent after seeing the same pattern repeat across every industry: brands investing heavily in traditional search while a new generation of users moved to AI for answers. The gap between where audiences were going and where brands were visible was growing every month. He built RankAgent under OmniforceLabs to close that gap with AI agents that do the work, not just report on it.
