Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RankAgent platform operated by OmniforceLabs ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RankAgent, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

RankAgent provides:

• AI visibility monitoring across major AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Copilot, Grok, and DeepSeek)
• AI-powered content creation through our multi-agent pipeline, including research, writing, SEO optimization, schema markup generation, and fact-checking
• Direct publishing integrations with WordPress and Elementor
• Competitor intelligence and benchmarking
• Technical SEO and AEO site health auditing

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RankAgent to:

• Generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, or violates any applicable law
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform, servers, or networks connected to our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or related systems
• Use automated scripts to access the platform outside of our provided APIs and integrations
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent

5. Content Ownership

Your content: You retain all rights to content you provide to RankAgent (brand information, target queries, writer profiles) and to content generated through our platform on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your generated articles, reports, or data.

Our platform: RankAgent, including its design, code, AI models, agent pipeline architecture, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of OmniforceLabs. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the platform as described herein.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content created by our multi-agent pipeline is generated using AI technology. While our multi-agent QA process includes fact-checking and citation verification, we do not guarantee that all generated content is free from errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publication.

7. Third-Party Integrations

RankAgent integrates with third-party services including WordPress, Elementor, and Google Search Console. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

8. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation, your access to the platform will continue until the end of the paid period, after which your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniforceLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OmniforceLabs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OmniforceLabs is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
